Blossom Center for Women Development Organisation, a Microfinance solution Organisation.
(NGO), which was established in 2022 to provide financial inclusion and other non-financial services.
Focused on women empowerment, Life-skills training, capacity building, vocational training, digital training,
financial literacy, primary health care services, and other social services,
designed to help marginalised women recognize their worth, facilitating personal development and their integration
into society, which will help them compete favourably in the labour market and secure sustainable livelihoods.
Blossom Center for Women Development Organisation is a fully registered incorporated trustee
with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with registration number: CAC/IT/NO. 8427306.
Blossom Center for Women Development Organisation is also an affiliate of the Association of
Non-Bank Microfinance Institutions of Nigeria (ANMFIN) in accordance with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)
revised microfinance policy with affilation N0: 05/03/0063 and certificate No: 46689.
Blossom Center for Women Development Organisation is also registered in accordance with the provision of
section 17(2)(a) of the special control unit against money laundering (SCUML) prevention and prohibition Act 2022
and any other law of regulation. With Registration No: RN: SC 121404829 and certificate No: 3582189.

How we started at Blossom Center.
Since 2022, Blossom Center for Women Development Organisation have succeeded in helping over 1,500 (One thousand five hundred) women, experience a better life. Mr. Okoduwa Gabriel started the organization with five women in ugep Yakurr Local Government Area of Cross River State. After working four years with Lift Above Poverty Organisation (LAPO), one of Nigeria’s leading micro-finance institution.
Eventually the founder discovered that, the urban and the rural areas of the state had a high number of people in need of financial assistance, especially, the active poor women, handling small and medium scale enterprise (SME) that need a better life. With this observation the founder deemed it fit to venture into the business and disburse thirty thousand Naira (30,000) each, to five active-poor low income women by providing them micro-finance services, starting from Ugep, Yakurr Local Government Area of Cross River State.
We currently have 3 branches in Cross River State Nigeria; Calabar south LGA, Yakurr LGA and Ikom LGA.

Founder / CEO
Mr. Gabriel Okoduwa is an experienced accountant, financial consultant, and entrepreneur with over eight years of specialized expertise in the microfinance sector. A recognized microfinance solution expert, he has built a track record of driving operational and financial success across various institutions, including Totan Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society Nigeria Limited and Lift Above Poverty Organization (LAPO), before founding Blossom Center for Women Development Organization. Driven by a commitment to financial inclusion and continuous professional growth, Mr. Okoduwa has completed advanced coursework at the Microfinance Business School and is an affiliate member of the Association of Non-Bank Microfinance Institutions of Nigeria (ANMFIN).
Human Resource Manager (HRM)
Benedicta Ezele is a seasoned educator and financial analyst with five years of experience spanning the microfinance and academic sectors.
She holds a B.Sc. in Business Education from the National Open University of Nigeria and a National Certificate in Education (N.C.E.) in Economics and Statistics from College of Education Ekiadolor, Edo State.
Benedicta's professional background includes key roles at prominent microfinance institutions such as Lift Above Poverty Organization (LAPO), as well as instructional experience at TASS Nursery and Primary School and The Lord's Field School. She remains deeply committed to empowering individuals and fostering community development.
Management Information Systems (MIS)
Samuel Iwara is a full-stack web developer with 4+ years of experience engineering scalable web applications and intuitive user experiences.
He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike Ikwo (Ebonyi State) and a National Diploma in Computer Science from the Cross River Institute of Technology and Management, Ugep (Cross River State), combining a strong academic foundation with a specialization in translating complex technical concepts into impactful, real-world digital solutions.
His professional background includes hands-on software development experience gained through internships at Goodisoft Technologies in Abakaliki and the Women Development Center in Calabar, where he contributed to building and optimizing web applications. In addition to his technical engineering work, Samuel has a strong commitment to education and community development, having taught at St. Joseph School in Ugep, where he shared his knowledge and mentored learners.
Entry-level field opportunities offer ₦30,000–₦90,000 monthly, plus performance bonuses, 13th-month pay, transport support, HMO, and pension benefits.
